Our ticket store will open on Monday, October 21, 2024 punctually at 10:00 am. As last year, we will proceed in stages so that even larger clans can find a cozy place for all their mates. This means we will start in the following steps:

• On Monday, the minimum order quantity is 15 tickets
• On Tuesday, the minimum order quantity is 10 tickets
• On Wednesday, the minimum order quantity is 5 tickets
• Single tickets can be booked from Thursday

The changes to the minimum order quantities apply from 10:00 a.m. on the respective days.

Clans of 20 people or more have the opportunity to secure individual places in advance. You can register for this until 4 October at info@caggtus.de or with CGG | Sven on Discord . You can select the rows by looking at our hall plan (PDF, 683 kB) and thus determine the number of seats you want to reserve. Your seats will remain reserved until Friday, 6 December at 10:00 a.m. and will then go back on sale if you have not booked your seats by then.

Just so you know already, you can add on to existing blocks of seats later if there are seats free. Simply email us at congressregistration@leipziger-messe.de and we will be happy to help!

To get your desired additional services, you need to follow a few short but important steps. Don't worry, the process doesn't take long!

• Step 1: Visit our additional services shop. (The link will be visible as soon as the store is ready for you).
• Step 2: You will find a 24-digit number under the barcode on your online ticket. You must enter this number to activate your bookable services.
• Step 3: Select your ticket category, then you can see all available services in the next step. But don't worry: only the services that ticket holders are entitled to are displayed.
• Step 4: Now choose your favorite additional service, enter all the data and book the items conveniently in the store.

The hot beverage flat rate can be ordered until 28.03.2025. The order deadline for all other additional services is 04.04.2025 or while stocks last.

Buyers of an Expert or Legend LAN Seat will get one of our Goodie Bags worth around €40 free of charge. There is no further step necessary.

Contents of the goodie bag:

• and possibly a surprise or two :)

Once you have grabbed your additional services in the online store, there is nothing more to do until the LAN. Both the goodie bags and the other additional services will be handed out on site in the LAN area at the Support Center. This means that you can simply drop by directly on Thursday after check-in and pick up your additional services. But don't forget: you will need an ID document (ID card, driver's license OR passport) and your ticket.

As in previous years, you can borrow a gaming chair from Backforce for the duration of the LAN. Owners of a Legend LAN Seat already have a gaming chair on site. The rental fee is €60, of course only while stocks last.

The existing gaming chairs will be released in our additional service shop at the following times:

• Monday, February 3rd at 10:00 a.m.
• Tuesday, February 4th at 6:00 p.m.

According to the manufacturer, the chairs are ideal for a height of 151cm to 192cm and tested for a body weight of 45kg to 130kg. The chairs will be distributed randomly, only one chair per person.

No problem! With the support of Zed Up, we can give you a great LAN experience! At https://www.zed-up.de/c/caggtus-hardware-vermietung you have the option of renting a PC or monitor yourself and then picking it up at the support center for the LAN. Of course, only while stocks last!

This year, together with JBL, we are also offering the option of borrowing headsets for the duration of the LAN. The JBL Quantum 910 and 910P models can also be found in our additional service shop for a rental fee of €25.00, while stocks last! In addition to JBL, we will also be including the MMX 300 model from beyerdynamic as a headset. The chairs will be distributed randomly, only one headset per person.

To take part in our tournaments, you can register on our LAN Hub from March 10th. To do so, simply use the email address that is stored with your LAN ticket. Existing accounts can already be edited, new accounts will receive their access data from March 3rd.

Important: If you have multiple tickets, you should make sure that the email address of the right person is behind each ticket. If you want to change this, you can contact congressregistration@leipziger-messe.de .

During the tournaments, we only communicate via our Discord server . There you can coordinate with our tournament organizers and find other teams.

By the way: To obtain the "LAN25.User" role, simply enter /lanrolle on our server and send us the email address you provided with your LAN ticket. We'll verify it, and you'll receive your role in no time!

I am packing my suitcase and take with me... But do you have everything with you? In the LAN checklist (PDF, 190 kB) you will find a list of all the things you might need.

The exact parking areas can be found on the site plan. Beginner LAN seats park in P1, Expert LAN seats park on Messe-Allee and Legend LAN seats park directly at the hall. All Expert and Legend LAN seats also receive vignettes, which must be placed clearly visible behind the windscreen with a registered license plate.

So that you don't have to carry your entire setup from the parking lot to the LAN area (Hall 1), you can stop in the short-term parking lot in front of the hall from 5 p.m. for loading and unloading. But be careful: The number of people on site is limited. The maximum time is 60 minutes, after which we will unfortunately have to have your vehicle towed away at your expense!

All other parking areas will be open from 1:30 p.m.

Access on site is available from 1.30 p.m. via gates South 1 and South 2. Access to the hall is via gate 1.6 from 6.00 pm on the south side of the hall. Toilets are located just around the corner on the west side of the hall.

Important: Please only have your ticket and ID card and a few small items ready for the first check-in. Access on site is then possible at any time, and you can bring your set-up in at any time.

As usual, Red Bull also has a place at the heart of the LAN in an interactive gaming lounge. Here you can play a few rounds of foosball with your friends or relax with a cold drink.

New this year will be our Fan Zone. A small area in the middle of the hall where you can play your brought-along offline games or watch other livestreams directly from the LAN. And the best part: The entire area is being supported by Kleiner Feigling this year.

By the way: If you're streaming yourself, simply post your Twitch link including your game to our #fanzone channel on Discord . With a bit of luck, your stream will be live on-site!

It's time to party again on CAGGTUS Friday! The Friday Night Party will take place in front of the Event Stage from 8:00 PM to 1:00 AM, and you are cordially invited. Pick up your wristband at the Support Center on Friday from 2:00 PM and come by!

Can you already hear your stomach growling through your headset? You can get everything from breakfast to dinner at the indoor bistro.

If you'd like to lend a hand, feel free to stop by the kitchenette next to our Support Center. Microwaves, ovens, kettles, and a small sink are available there.

Since the LAN area will be your home for 70 hours, we'll also make sure you have access to a shower on site. Including shower stalls and a small storage area!

If you're bringing medication or need medical care during the event, you can contact the first aid service at Gate 1.9!

And if you have any questions about tournaments or anything else, just contact the Support Center, where they'll be happy to help! For minor technical issues, our Repair Service will help you as best they can. You can also find it on our Discord server!

Keep the following points in mind when you leave. If you arrived with your own gaming chair or bought your rented chair after the LAN Party, be sure to check out the Check-Out for chairs section.

• The LAN area will be open on Sunday until 4:00 pm. If you still haven't had enough of CAGGTUS, check out the Entertainment Area. It offers entertainment until 6:00 pm.
• Plan enough time for the dismantling of your place.
• Go through your checklist to make sure you have packed everything up again.
• If you don't have a gaming chair with you, you can leave the hall at any time.

If you are travelling home with your own gaming chair, you must have it checked out beforehand. This is to guarantee that everyone leaves the hall with only the correct chair. Have the following timings saved:

• You can check out via the Support Centre until 12.00 a.m. on Sunday. From there you will be escorted to the exit.
• From Sunday 12.00 a.m. you can check out at gate 1.6.
